Information we receive
When you submit an inquiry, we receive the information you choose to provide, such as your name, destination country, estimated quantity, email address, Telegram or WhatsApp contact, message, selected request type and product context. Name, destination country and quantity are optional. At least one contact method is needed so we can reply.
The website also processes technical request information needed to deliver and protect the service, such as the page requested, language and basic network or browser metadata handled by our hosting and security provider. To understand where sales inquiries originate, this browser stores the first landing-page path and referring website hostname for the current browser session; these are included with a successful sales inquiry. Search terms and full referring URLs are not stored with the inquiry. Do not include passwords, payment details, government identifiers or other sensitive information in an inquiry.
How we use information
We use inquiry information to respond to B2B sourcing questions, discuss products and quotations, and handle requests about personal information. We use technical information to deliver the site, prevent abuse and maintain security.
Service providers and international processing
Cloudflare provides website hosting, request processing and security services, including the inquiry endpoint and email service. Google Gmail is used to receive and manage inquiry emails. These providers may process or store information outside China or outside your country, depending on their service infrastructure and settings. We do not publish the receiving mailbox address on this site.
Cloudflare Web Analytics measures page visits and site performance using a browser beacon. Its reports can show page paths, referring websites, visitor countries and device information. We use it to understand site traffic; it does not receive inquiry names, contact details or messages. The site does not use GA4, Yandex Metrica or an advertising tracker. The inquiry attribution described above uses browser session storage and is retained with the inquiry email under the retention rule below. Essential technical processing by the hosting and security provider may use cookies or similar mechanisms.
How long we keep inquiries
For inquiries that do not result in a transaction, we keep the inquiry for no longer than 12 months after the last substantive communication, then delete it. We review the mailbox monthly and remove inquiries approaching that limit. If a discussion is still active, the period runs from the end of that discussion. Transaction and accounting records are handled separately and kept only as required for the transaction and applicable law.
Your requests
Depending on applicable law, you may ask to access or copy, correct, or delete your information, or withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. To make a request, use the contact form and select “Personal data request”; you do not need to provide purchasing details. We may ask for proportionate information to verify the request before acting.
You may also write to the operator at the address above. Please do not mail identity documents unless we specifically explain why they are necessary.
Security and changes
We use access controls and service-provider security features appropriate to an inquiry website. No internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure. We may update this policy when our processing changes; the current version and effective date will appear on this page.
